He came to our team to play seriously, inspired by his victories as a table tennis player, where he has been champion more than 120 times.
Marco, will be the new man in charge of managing commercial and technical relations with Serall customers. In other words, he will be with you to keep your business running smoothly.
We brought in a person with an affinity for working with equipment and applications with the highest standards of chemical and thermal resistance for the most demanding applications. He is a 52-year-old "hands-on" chemical engineer from Porto Alegre, and has expertise in product and customer relations.
A great professional bears great stories.
Master in Chemistry at Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), with emphasis in polymers, Marco has 21 years of experience in research in rubber industries. Four of these, at the second largest producer of materials for pneumatic refurbishment in Latin America, UNIQUE. He also has two years of experience as elastomer consultant at the SENAI Institute of Polymer Engineering in São Leopoldo, Rio Grande do Sul.
Besides all these qualities he is a cinephile who develops research and innovation, able to work with TS-16949, ISO-14000 and ISO-9001 standards. Quite a mix.
In addition to his excellent professional commitment, Marco is a family man, something he is more proud of than the distinguished position he holds as president of the Table Tennis Federation of Rio Grande do Sul (FTMRS).

Marco led the development of a pioneering company that used the technology to seal the Angra II nuclear plant in the state of Rio de Janeiro.
He was the man responsible for reusing waste and reusing rubber. For this, he was recognized as the best work in the environmental area in the Congress of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), in Brazil.
Due to his technical capacity and wide experience in providing consultancy in high performance elastomer technologies in the segment of rubber parts manufacturing, he is the owner of the company MB Consultoria em Tecnologia de Elastômeros Eireli.
