On December 3, 2019, Feevale University promoted the 1st Accompaniment Seminar of the Academic Doctorate Program of Innovation. With support from the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq), the event had the purpose of contributing to the increase of innovative capacity, competitiveness of companies and scientific and technological development.
"For companies, programs such as DAI are of great value in transforming an idea into a project, and this project into a product. The program comes with great weight for the company, to supply a demand, mainly, of knowledge", pointed out Diego Petkowicz, representative of Marina Tecnologia (today Serall®), which is established in Campo Bom at Feevale Techpark unit. Michel Flach, trainee at this company, stressed the importance of interaction between industry and university so that, within the academic environment, it is possible to develop solutions for industries. "This feedback is important for the company to invest again in the university and for this mutual growth to exist: the company needs the technology; the university has this knowledge and grants this feedback in processes and products. It is great, at the end of the project, to be able to deliver the results that the company requires," he added.
